Bobby Walker (Ben Affleck) has it all: the great job; the loving family; the shiny Porsche in the garage. But when his company undergoes a "restructure" he finds himself unceremoniously canned. Seemingly without hope, and with his ego seriously dinted, he retreats into himself, shutting out his family. When he's offered a job working construction for his well-meaning brother-in-law, Jack (Kevin Costner), he reluctantly accepts. While it may not be where his skills lie, it's a start - a fresh start that shows him that there's hope. Starring four Academy Award-winning greats (Ben Affleck, Chris Cooper, Kevin Costner and Tommy Lee Jones), this is a moving story that introduces viewers to the flipside of the American dream with humour, charm and keen observation.
