Despite living in Georgia for years while a child, I hadn't ever been to a monster truck event.  Hard to believe, right?  Tyler finally reached an age old enough to enjoy a show and really understand all the commotion so I bought some seats for us.  He liked it.  A LOT.  It was certainly interesting, but it was a little less impressive than I expected; the arena's size obviously compromised a lot of the "show" part of the event.  The trucks were very tightly reined in and-- based on the highlight reel they played on the Jumbotron-- there were lots of things they clearly COULDN'T do for us that they could do at other venues.  No motorhome smashing, no car-eating dinosaur.  Still, it met the expectations of a 7 year old and he was quite a chatterbox!  Those little smiles were all I was really looking for.

Naturally -- should any legitimate authority from Monster Jam prefer I remove this video, just contact me.  I'm not interested in wrecking your business, just showing vids to my friends and relatives.
