Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
