There are a lot of training aids out on the market right now to help you with your tennis training.

One of the tennis training aids I personally love to use is the Target Trainer.

The reason I like using the Target Trainer as a tennis training aid is because it helps players visualize a window to hit through.

I am a big believe in trying to break windows when playing tennis.

Visualizing a window when hitting forehand and backhands will help with aiming.

Every great player knows how to aim.  Most recreational players don't even aim when hitting.

If it is hard to pick a spot on the other side of the net to aim try visualizing breaking a window when hitting your shots.

Using the Target Trainer as a tennis training aid will help you visualize how and where your shots need to cross the net.
