This is the morning of my NPC Bikini comp held in Rochester NY. My morning started out at 4 am heading to Paparazzi Day Spa in Syracuse NY to get my hair done and my spray tan. A big thanks go to Giovanna and Megan for getting up so early to take care of me. If you live in the Syracuse area and looking for a amazing spa please check them out. http://www.paparazzidayspa.com/
