Elon Musk unveiled a low-cost tunnel he sees as a godsend for city traffic. 
It’s part of billionaire Elon Musk’s vision to have an underground network to propel cars at speeds of up to 150 mph (241 kmh）.
The 1.14 mile (1.8 kilometer) tunnel costs about $10 million.
