Servomotor test on a MendelMax 2

This is a real-time capture of a motor tuning test, using a Makers Tool Works MendelMax 2 (MM2) as a test platform. There is test software (not shown) that reads and displays the response so tuning adjustments can be made and tested. With the pulley and motor in question, the setup could achieve a maximum of 2000mm/s, though with an untenable following error, and it is unlikely a hot end could melt filament quickly enough to build a useful part at that speed.
