http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com I seriously toyed with the notion of running the 10k/6.2 miles until I found out there was around a 200 foot elevation gain along with it being a difficult course. It takes me long enough to walk let alone run elevation and husband, Steve, who I can usually persuade to accompany me in whatever craziness gave a sigh of relief. The very fit winner with a time of 38:40 was Erik Gramstad of Norway who lives and works in Geneva. He also has an advantage of running cross-country in the mountains around Oslo, Norway.
