This clever cat has learnt a whole host of tricks thanks to his patient owner.

Owner, Karissa Rowlinson, from Ohio, US, has taught her cat, Apricat, how to sit, roll and shake thanks to intense training.

Using a whole host of treats, the rescue cat has been caught performing his tricks on camera.

Karissa, who serves in the US army, said: "He caught on very fast was very eager to learn more but we ran out of time to learn to lay down and roll as I had to leave for basic training.
