DLink Water Sensor Setup and Tutorial I setup the DLink Water Sensor in my house with my tutorial and then show you how it triggers specific actions. You can use the DLink mydlink Wifi water sensor to send out notifications to your iPhone or Android Phone or Tablet. Once you watch this video, you'll be able to get notified if there's water in your house. I first run through all of the different components found in the DLink Water Sensor package. The device comes complete with a plugin component, a water sensor cable, an extension cable, and some brackets and instructions. Once the device is open and ready, I set it up on my iOS device (but you can use Android of course) and then show you how to create actions and triggers. I send a notification once my device senses water and I also send a notification once the water has left the area. We'll use this in the next video to trigger on a sump pump with another device and we'll also connect the device to our Google Home device. I'll be using a Wemo Switch as well to ensure my pump doesn't stay on. Thanks for watching, and please subscribe below!
