Poor fuel mixture in cylinder 2, confirmed with colortune.
Not showing very good in the video, but in real life you could barely see explosion when reving the engine. Only spark in air.

Later edit: After opening the carbs (again), i found out that no2 idle jet was partially clogged. Nomatter how much i adjusted the screw....not enough fuel could pass through the jet
