Woman in bathchair (or wheelchair) is rapidly pulled along by bulldog that is tied to the chair, the bulldog eagerly chases a cat, whilst the woman in the chair waves her arms and clutches her head in despair. Cat, dog and woman go speeding past several piles of boxes, missing all of them. Three men (Billy Bevan driving) peruse her in a car, they approach the same towers of boxes and crash into them, sending them flying, the man on the street beside the boxes waves his arms in frustration.
