Tepco reports massive radioactive leak from tank Tepco is struggling a great deal to cope with the huge amount of contaminated waters with appear to leak from a tank. The leak was reported last Monday, shortly after the discovery of another source of a leak of radioactive waters last month: 300 tons of contaminated waters spreading directly into the Pacific Ocean. McCurry says Tepco appear to be no longer able to cope with these issues on its own.
