CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Do you think you could live comfortably in a 242 square foot apartment? What if you had to share that space with another person?

Jourdan Lowler and Tobin Ludwig are finding a way to make that set-up work in their tiny New York apartment.

The bed folds down and they have a really small fridge, but they both say that they love it and that they want to keep it.

Despite the size, the apartment is about the same price as some houses.

It cost $270,000 when it was purchased three years ago.

The mortgage and fees work out to about $2,000 a month, which is practically a bargain in Manhattan.
