DIY cheap & simple air conditioner using 5VDC 0.5A USB fan

All you need: box cutter, pen, drafting compass, fan & a cooler. 

You'll need lots of ice or a large container to freeze bricks of ice in your freezer to put in the cooler. 
You can do this using any kind of fan and cooler so hunt around yard sales, pawn shops, thrift stores, kajiji, craigs list, ect.
