Bad luck: Thief got caught by two policewomen who were on their way to work

Two female police officers wearing dresses and high heels spotted and chased an electric bicycle thief for several meters before capturing him on their way to work in Hebi, central China's Henan province. The two officers, walking on the street toward their office, immediately reported to the crossing where the thief was seen after receiving a phone call. The suspect, a 46-year-old repeated offender who was just released from prison this April, was taken down by the officers.
