The MTV Movie Awards bring out the best and the worst dressed so we're bringing back some of the most talked about looks from the past five years of the red carpets finest! 

Starting with the 2007 MTV Movie Awards and none other than fashion icon herself—Victoria Beckham. Now it's only been 6 years since Victoria stepped out in this look, but my how far she's come! 

Rocking a zebra print dress with pink lining, and short blonde do and pointy toed metallic silver heels—I'm not sure if the posh Victoria would ever be caught in something like this again! 

Moving on to 2008—We've got the sexy Megan Fox in an actually stunning white dress. With a sky high hemline, we see the stars long lean legs and the white is a great contrast to her dark hair and striking features. 

And in 2009—who can forget Kristen Stewart? The twilight star showed up to the Movie Awards in a designer dress and none other than Converse Sneakers. 

This whole casual kicks move is now a trademark for the star—but this was close to the first time the beauty had pulled this move and it was definitely one to remember. 

And moving on to 2010—we've got Christina Aguilera who really uped the ante at the awards in a Versace frock. The dress had the whole high-low hemline which is popular now complete with cutouts and chain lining. She rocked platinum blonde locks, red licks and had a killer performance this year! 

And our favorite look from last year, in 2011 was Gossip Girls Blake Lively who was a looker in a blue Michael Kors Dress.
