In March 2016, The Three Degrees (line up: Valerie Holiday, Helen Scott and Freddie Pool) released a studio album called: 'Strategy'. Recorded with full band and orchestra at Down In Deep Studios in Atlanta, USA, ‘Strategy (Our Tribute To Philadelphia)’, features the trio’s own very personal tribute to timeless Philadelphia classic such as The O’Jays’ ‘Love Train’, The Trammps’ ‘Disco Inferno’, Billy Paul’s classic, ‘Me & Mr. Jones’ and the exciting title track, popularized by Archie Bell & The Drells, along with a new recording of the group’s own hit, ‘T.S.O.P’. During their spring 2016 UK tour, 'Strategy' was on the set list. I recorded the song with my iPhone. Although it's'only a 'phone recording' both the video and the sound came out pretty good, so imagine how it would look and sound with professional equipment! NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED!
