I love tomato soup and saw this recipe on TV. This was so much fun to make fresh!

Soup ingredients:
2 lbs tomatoes halved or quartered
1 sweet onion, quartered
1 Tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp roughly chopped basil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ c olive oil
1 Tbsp agave
¼ tsp cayenne
pinch salt and pepper
2 roasted garlic head
