The ANC in North West is growing even more fragmented after the party took a brazen move to remove seven MPLs. They are believed to have been in cahoots with the opposition to oust Premier Supra Mahumapelo. Amongst them is the outspoken SACP provincial secretary, Madoda Sambatha and SCOPA Chairperson, Mahlakeng Mahlakeng. They will be replaced by, among others, the former MEC for Education, Johannes Tselapedi, the former mayor of Matlosana local municipality Mike Khauoe and Abraham Mudau.
