After the positive feedback from the previous HIIT cardio video I made, I decided: 'why not make another one for you ay?' And with summer holidays and vacations only being a matter of weeks away for the majority of you, I thought it would be convenient to gather together a FAT BURNING HIIT workout that will help speed up the process of getting 'beach body ready' (I know, how thoughtful of me)! 🏖️ This HIIT cardio workout consists of 5 exercises in which will be performed 3 times each: 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off. The great thing about it too? It can be done anytime, anywhere, whatever floats your boat! 🚣 This workout provides the freedom to burn A 💩 TON OF CALORIES without any equipment whatsoever; all you need is simply your own bodyweight.
