We all hate problems but what people don't understand is that problems and crises help us see what truly matters in life. It's the only way for us to see what we should be focusing on and see what brings actual happiness to us.

In the world that we live in, we constantly distract ourselves through never-ending stimulations. There's underlying unhappiness in every person's heart and for the most part, it doesn't really show itself.

The only way for you to see what's important is to lose the things that you value. Let's say you lost everything, you don't have any other choice but to go towards things that matter. The things that really bring happiness to you.

We're always running from something and we're always running towards something. When you lose everything in just a flip of a switch, you have no other option but to focus on what really matters.

When families encounter problems, situations or circumstances, they grow together. They're able to put down their differences and be one unit. In order for them to reach that is to get to the point where they need each other.

Problems bring people closer together but at the same time could easily divide if people start blaming each other and lack empathy. It's that fear of "I cannot do it on my own" and accepting your vulnerability is what unites you to people and unites you to yourself. Why? When you know you're not strong enough, that's when you humble yourself to other people.

It's only through reaching rock bottom that people grow out of addiction or grow out of a bad relationship. It's only when you get the last straw that you say you're ready to change. You can't really change unless things are nice and perfect. You have to have some problems or feel a loss in order to feel the need to improve yourself.

This is why it's not a bad thing to consistently have problems. It's not a bad thing to have challenges because challenges, when used right, are more powerful than blessings. Challenges, when used right, is the best teacher in life. The problem is that most people are afraid of challenges because what they've seen is that it wrecks people. They see the problem as a permanent state of being and that's a reflection of their state of consciousness.

It's when you lose the things that you attached your self of sense to is when you're able to realize that you're not through finding yourself but through losing yourself and being okay of not knowing yourself and being at ease with it.

This is why people don't grow, not because they can't but because they don't understand the power that comes with problems, challenges, and crises. Challenges hurt, challenges hurt the soul, challenges discourage you and challenges makes you feel like the world is evil but when done right, when you arm yourself with the right mentality and the right perception, things will come to you and you'll think it's there for you to grow.

You have to have problems. If everything is perfect you're going to remain in stagnation.
