Some quick reasons why you should NEVER USE A REAL ESTATE AGENT. Some real estate horror stories using an agent. As a millionaire real estate investor and money manager I explain why you should just take the real estate exam yourself and become a real estate agent! I also answer viewers questions since there really isn't any inside secrets of a real estate agent and I believe all info should be shared! I will tell you now this stuff isn't easy and most of all agents fail in real estate, so don't go quitting your job for real estate just yet. Real estate deals and investing could change your future forever, but you have to go about it with proper planning.

Pretty much if you want to get into real estate investing or you are an investing beginner, I strongly advise you start getting your license now.
