Being a mentor for over 200 people in my life, I can confidently say I know exactly how to find a mentor. Not everyone needs a mentor, and not every mentor is right for everybody. Your mentor should be someone who actually knows you and cares to know. Just like mentors throughout history, they should be there to guide you and teach you about life and share through their personal experiences. Like I said in the video, it would seem as if now a days mentors are a new fad stemming off from the whole personal development boom, but mentors are as old as history. That being said, everyone needs to know how to find a mentor properly as mentors are valuable tools in our lives that can help us save time, accomplish our goals and avoid unnecessary heartache or mistakes.  Not all mentors are equal, so you really need to due your diligence when it comes to selecting someone as a mentor. They should be a proper guide to you so you want to make sure you select the right person. Not only should they be there as a mentor and coach, but as someone you can view as brother and knows has your back. They should motivate you, inspire you and challenge you. Above all they should want you to succeed and even succeed more than they could have ever.

That being said, that is why I love mentoring people and I would love to mentor the people who have higher aspirations like myself. I want to help people be 10x more successful than I have been.  If you watched the video all the way through you know what I mean.
