If you are looking for passive income in 2018 I am sure you are familiar with all these methods or have at least been exposed to them. I take a look at both and the process behind them and share my personal experience. Like I say in the video when it comes down to ecom or dropshipping, I essentially see wholesaling real estate as the exact same thing, but I just focus on properties instead of products. Nonetheless, I also explain why ecommerce is better than real estate in the sense that its much easier to start and convert a lead. If you are looking for passive income or a solid investment, the answer comes down to what you are looking for in terms of return and the level of work or attention you want to give to an endeavor. All are great options once you get experience, just execute!
