It seems like Airbnb gets a bad rap for hosts and after going through with hosting one of my houses, I can see why. I had an interesting experience so far and it wasn’t all bad and had some good streaks. Overall I am still on the fence and only Airbnb  a select few of my properties given its not the best for every area., but at the end of the day I think the platform is still cool and a great way for people to make money if and only if they are prepared. Huge emphasis prepared lol. I have refined my approach to it and it has been going smooth so I will give you guys updates to see what 12 months looks like in terms of profits on one full property and then one condo I own. If you guys have a property and want to try it out let me know and I will give you whatever advice I can provide. I also got some great friends who have it down to a T. 

If you want to hear my other good and nightmare guest stories I would be happy to share them as they are pretty funny lol
