Apple released  iOS 10.2 Betas to developers and public testers today October 4th. It adds some minor UI changes to the iMessage apps drawer, as well as a replay button to iMessage effects plus other bug fixes. 
Hopefully it also comes with some performance fixes.

All devices has been fully restored, and loaded with
the same backup. The 5's and 5S devices are 16GB versions and the iPhone 6/6S are 64GB versions.
