ANC Cape Town shocked by City Manager's resignation

The ANC in the City of Cape Town says it is shocked by the resignation of City Manager, Achmat Ebrahim. He resigned effective last Friday. Ebrahim has been embroiled in recent allegations of corruption and mismanagement involving millions of rands. The DA yesterday announced that they're probing Mayor Patricia De Lille who's been accused of a cover up. The ANC says Ebrahim was a fine administrator.
