Parliament has confirmed it has received a court order from the PAC faction, led by Narius Moloto, authorising the institution to remove Luthando Mbinda as the party's sole MP. This paves the way for Alton Mphethi to take up the vacant post. But Mbinda's faction claims the court order was fraudulently acquired so Mbinda isn't going anywhere.
