CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The Horseshoe Casino in Cincinnati saw a decline in revenue last month. The Ohio Casino Control Commission released October results this afternoon for the state's four casinos.  After a two month run on top Cincinnati's casino slipped behind Cleveland in revenue.The casino posted a revenue of 18 million, 182-thousand dollars.
