So, you start out on the ground, leaning on your left shoulder (left arm fully extended). Both legs are are in attitude position with your toes pointed. Left leg will be behind you and the right leg will be in front. Right toe should be touching the ground. (Almost all the movements in this piece will happen on the piano hits). On the 1st piano hit you will switch your legs. then you throw up your right arm straight up in the air, then you will rotate you hand (as if you were grabbing onto something(I E, a rope) then you going to pull your self up (use you left hand to support your body. ) Then your going fall/slide to the ground. Then your going to lie down flat on your back, legs fully extended, and your arms extended out to the sides (Jesus position). On the next big piano hit, your going to POP your chest up. (use your shoulders, arms/ elbows, and try to lean your head back. then flat again. Roll yourself up into a sitting position feet on the ground, but knees up. The push your body to spin around (180 degrees). Then put your hands down on the left side of your body, so that you can push your self out to slide until your fully extended with you arms up. then slowly move your right arm in a circle while planting your feet on the ground, and on the last sustained piano (tri-pod position: get up on you left shoulder, and use you feet yo support your body.) Reach up behind you and hold that position. then on the last hit just relax.
