This is a nice simple look at creating application launchers or desktop shorcuts in openSUSE 11.2. We also look a little at the the rpm command ( rpm -ql ) so I can find shortcuts supplied with appications. Finally looking at creating a standard desktop by adding the launchers to the /etc/skel directory.
