This boardwalk is noisy so this video has no audio. These fans are located in the stand at the Ocean City boardwalk. The capacitor seems to be bad on the 2nd fan as it doesn't move very fast, and the first fan is already spinning a bit too slow for 44". Both fans are shown on all 3 speeds.
