In This War Thunder Video tutorial, I fly and review the, Rank 2-3 / Tier 2-3, Vought F4U-1 Corsairs. 
The F4U-1 was historically a Boom & Zoom fighter, and is best used in this manner in Realistic and Simulator modes, this technic however is less effective ( but not ineffective ) in Arcade battles.
For the best flight handling the F4U should be kept above 250mph, avoid tight turn fighting if at all possible.  I found that I had problems with wobbling, and staying on target utilizing a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick.  This problem is not exclusive to the F4U and seems to affect more aircraft with the 1.39 update.   My overall impression is that, I need much more skill & experience, than I currently have to get the desired results from this aircraft.  My dissatisfaction is with the flight changes in 1.39, which in my opinion have made a difficult job competing with a joystick even harder.
