Ritchie Cordell tune released as B side of Pied Piper on 23 Jan '65, Diamond Records Inc whose office was across street from Brill Bldg NY. I don't know which girls sang on this but Earl Jean quit music biz late '64 & her older sis, (Ethel) Darlene had quit Ray Charles Raelets in May 64 while on tour in UK in disgust at Ray's sacking of his long term girlfriend, Margie Hendricks who he'd earlier got onto heroin. Russ Titleman says he & Darlene were an item for 6 months in '64 sharing apptment with Earl Jean in E Orange, NJ. So I put in some pics of Darlene - an original Cookie in the 50s, then an original Raelet thru to '64, then had couple of solo singles. She's also on last Cookies release Wounded and sang on Bachs Lunch 'You Go On' in '67 (Carole King produced). Upload for Fair Use & Educational Purposes only.
