http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com Not only was Jinci Si Temple very beautiful with ancient Cypress trees (1,000-3,000 years old), flowers and typical Chinese landscaping but there is also a "tourist" opportunity to dress as a Chinese Queen, Princess or commoner. Hokey...but why miss for a mere 10 Yuan, around $1.50 U.S. to play dress up? Even at my age, it's never too late to have some fun. Sorry I pass opportunities in other countries afraid of looking like a "dork." But age definitely has its benefits! Who cares what I look like now and fun to share laughs with the locals.
