Pallet wood build: Towel rack with hammered dowels and watered down paint

It was decided that a shelf was required for storing towels. It was also decided that it should be whitewashed, instead It got painted with watered down white paint, turned out OK. Dowels were made using the "hammer the wood through a hole in a steel plate" method, it worked really well, no more buying fancy expensive bits of round wood! Dowels and holes for the frame corners are 8mm (5/16") the same size hole was used between frames but I sized the dowels to 7mm (9/32") so they would fit together easier.
