Hoku's "Huri Huri" BBQ Chicken at Rainbow Drive-In

Chickens are injected with a "secret recipe" sauce that deeply flavors the meat from the inside out with that familiar local Hawaii style "Huri Huri" taste. They're then rotisserie grilled over an open-flame Kiawe (mesquite wood) fire.
