This experimental dual rotor, dual stator vawt is working well. One viewer suggested that I add a metal plate to the bottom of the lower stator to increase the output. I can install a metal plate (without magnets) like that if it's a stationary metal plate.  Adding a rotating one will be much more difficult.

I need to install more magnets and also bring the rotor closer to the bottom stator.  The wiring has to be tied down and straighten up as well.
