Dark Souls III - Disconnected World Glitch

This is a rare glitch I don't get very often. And almost every time it happens it's always with someone from Brazil. :V Basically, if the connection between you and the host is so bad, the host's world will actually not even acknowledge that you're there, and so many things such as collision detection, hitboxes, being able to summon other phantoms, and other things will not work. The host can't even see you, either; you simply do not exist in their instance. You are essentially a ghost. Eventually the game server will crash if you stay in their world long enough and will show up as a disconnect error.
