Heartec Rakusho Time Version 5 Released by Heartec, Rakusho Time Version 5 is a unique videophone system that can help reduce the workload of careworkers by allowing them to directly communicate with their patients without having to visit them. The system comes with a virtual imaging system to enable videophone calls in real-time. The careworker only needs to select the virtual image icon of a patient he or she wants to talk with from a list of registered patients. The system allows the careworker to route requests from the patient for services other than nursing care to the local call center. Loaded with easy-to-use and helpful features for the elderly patients, the system allows them to visit websites by choosing website icons on the display. It also has a built-in search engine. The bulletin board function allows users to access useful information on nursing care, and they can also hit the emergency button when physical care is urgently needed.
