Survey: Many adults don’t have basic knowledge of Holocaust

A survey released Thursday, Holocaust Remembrance Day, found many adults lack basic knowledge of what happened. The lack of understanding is more pronounced among millennials, the survey found. Now, there’s an increased importance and reliance on children of Holocaust survivors to tell their stories as their parents die, said a Sacramento Rabbi. Those children are being referred to as second generation survivors.
