With the Senate pushing forward a "revised" version of the bailout bill for the house to deal with, I offer some more thoughts on things. Yeah, I'm still amused.

Oh yeah, please forgive the altering darkening and lightening of the video... the sun was going in and out of the clouds at the time.

This video was sent to me by Thinkmorepink... it spells out exactly what the bailout bill is actually for (uses news footage that I've seen being spread around YouTube recently).

Good news report on the Senate passing the Bailout Bill for the House to examine. Note that the person they are interviewing, Ellen Frank, is pretty much a talking head... her statement that we're not heading for a depression like in the 30's is priceless, since she says that back then they didn't have a fed reserve, and in actuality the Federal Reserve was put in place in 1913, several years before the Great Depression. And she's supposed to be a professor of economics.

This is a warning made by LaRouche about what will happen if a bill like this is passed. Pretty dire actually, though I have my doubts on how many people are willing to go this far.
