Four countries responsible for water resources are in Lesotho for the meeting of the Orange-Senqu River Commission (ORASECOM) Forum. They include ministers from South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho and Namibia. They've signed a Revised Agreement of ORASECOM and Botswana's also handed over a rotational chairmanship to Lesotho.
