Wall Street stocks rose on Friday after the latest monthly jobs report pointed to strength in the US economy and geopolitical tensions eased. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.9 percent. The S&P 500 gained 1.08 percent. While the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite added 1.51 percent.
