Beyond Reality - Survivor Samoa Recap 10/15/09
Last time on Survivor Yasmine was sent home.  
Monica wants revenge on Shambo because she was the only one who voted for her.  Russell is worried about Liz being a threat to him.  
Reward challenge - Its a 1 on 1 challenge.  Each team spins the roulette octopus of gross smoothie ingredients.  You have to keep it down to win the survivor barbecue.  Kelly, Laura & John are sitting out on Galu.  Russell had some trouble getting it down but he did it.  It came down to Dave & Ashley.  Ashley just couldnt do it so Galu won reward.  Russell sent Shambo to Foa Foa as punishment for losing their chicken.  Shambo was angry & Ashley felt like she let everyone down.  At Galu Russell had trouble starting the fire - Dave had to take over & start it.  Shambo shared her clues & Liz is sure Russell has the immunity idol even though hes denying it.  
Its pouring & everyone is miserable.  
Immunity challenge - 1 man & 1 woman from each tribe holds ropes holding net baskets while the other tribe members try to load them up with coconuts.  Dave, Shambo & Brett sat out on Galu.  For Foa Foa - Russell & Liz were holding the ropes.  For Galu it was Russell & Laura.  Evil Russell was out 1st followed by Liz.  Foa Foa was bad at getting coconuts in the net so Galu won immunity.  
Tribal council - Everyone is miserable but theyre a pretty tight group.  Its hard to strategize in the rain.  Ashley is voted off by at least 4 votes.  
Next time - The rain continues & another survivor needs a medic!
