Ladd-Reed Farm Flyover from DJI Phantom 3

Nobody has lived on this farm since the early 1960s and since 2001, it has been owned by the City of Hillsboro, Oregon and ground breaking on a new housing and shopping development is looming in the next six to twelve months. Eventually this gargantuan plot of land will house some 20,000 people in over 3,000 homes and apartments along with shopping, town centers and parks. As a result of this and the fact that I'm planning on leaving Oregon soon, I've decided to document this area using the Phantom and still ground-level photography. Stay tuned for more video of this beautiful slice of paradise soon to be lost. EDIT: As of July, 2016 the construction has begun here.
