Barbaric Driver 6 - Extremely reckless car cuts dangerously into my lane during a right turn!

I was turning right from a junction, following my turning lane as can be seen on the road markings, when this black car, SGX 9692 J, suddenly cut in from the left! If my wife didn't warn me, that split second braking would had resulted in a a collision with that car! I would had hit the car and the driver would had been injured! Not only that, it was the first day of Chinese New Year! Totally unnecessarily reckless!

The only reason i could figure out why the driver behaved like this is because he didn't want to drive behind the goods vehicle as could be seen. A lot of Singaporean drivers do not have lane discipline and this driver is a perfect example of them. A serious accident could had occurred! 

This is the second incident within days, that other cars/drivers just cut recklessly into my lane. These people will only learn when something bad happens.
