I was driving peacefully along Upper Serangoon Road and was filtering slowly (signalling, as I always do) from the left lane to the right lane when this barbaric driver sped in from behind me on the right lane and came within a hand's distance on my side, nearly sideswiping me at speed! He came so close to me at high speed I had to take evasive action to swerve away and brake hard! If i didn't do that, he would surely had hit me causing my car to ricochet off to the left, hitting other traffic etc.

This is the closet shave I ever had so far. If my car camera could 'see' to the right, the whole situation would be recorded clearly. If there was another car with a camera behind, it would be even better.

This Off Peak Car better had paid his coupon, because this is evidence that he drove during peak hours.
