I mean, he just is able to somehow FOLLOW me through several layers of walls and still tries to attack me after I move my position!!

This glitch cannot be done legit. It requires cheat codes or hex editing to pull this off. However, you cannot do this with ANY OTHER boss in Megaman Zero 4. The reason for this is actually because of the unique way Tech Kraken's stage is actually designed to loop around every 4 screens with the horizontal axis, but NOT on the vertical axis. Meaning if you could walk through the floor and keep walking across without going up and down on the stage, you will see the same 4 screens over and over again. This is how the maze is made outside of the underwater base. To counter the looping when you get inside the submarine, they have you gradually climb upwards, making you enter a different screen from the loop every four screens. So, because of the looping ability the stage has unique to any of the other stage, Tech Kraken "follows", where all I've moved from was actually just one (or two) screen(s) below where the boss room is located in the stage looping.

Tech Kraken will interact with the environment around him as far as his projectiles fire. However, due to his AI, he will not move further than his original intended room, since he was not intended to actually track the player, as some bosses can (although most of them are oddly enough programmed without any collision, and just ACT like they do, as they are designed to not move past a certain point even if nothing stops them).

Unfortunately, it seems like even his little wormhole teleporting attack will reach you wherever you are since THAT tracks the player, but he will still only teleport to where he was located.

No idea why he implodes by just simply walking through a door though. Maybe because one was his boss door, while the second one wasn't, and enemies are programmed to instantly explode when you are going through a door.
